Good Day,I have tried to apply the following solution, both manual and fixit for my local system;I am still unable to change the setting to another Network profile, still stuck with Public Network as the default.I have logged in locally with an account that has local Administrative rights on the system.Any suggestions as to whether or not there is a reg key that can be modified to change this setting, or is the only work around a re-install of the O/S for this if the KB does not work?I am running Windows 7 Ultimate with SP1.Thanks,powderskier9.Post your comments/solution.
